There's no set schedule as far as I know, they just transmit whenever their work schedule permits. I'm pretty sure that the 1200b packet station is almost always up. And for as long as I can remember (last couple of years), every cosmonaut aboard MIR is a ham. Watch this newsgroup and your local PBBS for info on who's on board and what call sign they are currently using.
